Products are generally ordered via the Internet via the Shopping Cart. All orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order and the services ordered. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide a valid email address when ordering.

The customer agrees to the payment and delivery terms valid for each order.

If you cancel the order and the status of the order is incomplete or canceled and payment has not been made, we will consider the order canceled. If you want to order the services of an interrupted subscription, place a completely new order.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) co-operates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider and payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail plc is licensed as a payment institution. Exchange and return conditions

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the subscriber has the right to cancel his or her order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order confirmation by notifying the cancellation by e-mail to info@campingsysma.fi. E-commerce purchases can only be canceled by notifying us separately. The right of cancellation expires if the service has been performed in full before the cancellation is made.

We will refund the money directly to the customer’s account within 2-5 business days.

In addition to the 14-day right of cancellation, the services do not have an actual separate right of return or exchange.

After contacting us, please include the following information in your return:

Your customer number, which can be found in the order confirmation email you received
Your name, address and telephone number
your bank account number, and
a copy of the order confirmation.


We reserve the right to change our payment and delivery terms. Before ordering, the customer must familiarize himself with the current payment and delivery terms. We treat all customer information in the strictest confidence.

If the dispute concerning the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
