Paddling tour on lake Päijänne (2hours)

Discover the tresures of Lake Päijänne on an easygoing 2 hour tour on our trustworthy cayaks and competent guide.

Enjoy the beaty and peace of lake Päijänne on our cayaking tour. We will start the tour paddling near the middle aged church of Saint. Olaf, a viking king. You will hear interesting stories of local history while enjoing the clear water and fresh air. Maybe we will even see some waterbirds near by! We will end our tour to some fresh coffee by the fire.

Cayaking equipment, coffee, guide, safety equipment and dryback included.

On this trip you don’t need any cayaking experience, the guide will teach you all you need to know. Must have swimming skill. This tour is great for families, couples and friends!

Paddle and enjoy

Enjoy your time in an idyllic and traditional finnish cabin on the shores of lake Päijänne. Take a slow morning and eat your stomac full of some finnish breakfast with local porridge, youghurt and bread.

The kayaking tour starts almost on your doorstep and continues on some historical spots near by. Your guide will introduce you to the secrets of paddling, waterlife and local history for 2 hours. After the tour we will make a fire and enjoy some coffee and sausages.

This service includes a cabin with douplebed (bigger cabins are available too), fridge and sundeck. Cabin is situated near the beach. There is also a sauna on the beach which you can rent. Kayaking includes all equipment, guide, snacks and coffee and a dryback for electronics.
